Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information during signup and checkout.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Violate privacy or rights of others.
- Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access.
- Overload, probe, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Plans and Limits
Each subscription includes a defined storage quota. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade or reduce access until usage is lowered.
Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- You can cancel anytime; refunds are not provided unless required by law.
- Failed payments may lead to suspension until resolved.
Availability
We target high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for violations, fraud, or non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dini Wolke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
